I’ve been taking care of dogs since middle school. I became the neighborhood pet sitter and family and friends have relied on me to walk, feed, and bathe there pets. In high school I volunteered with my local animal hospital and as my neighbors pets grew older they relied on my to take care of meds and special needs of their furry friends. I’ve worked with all ages from puppies to seniors and have happily watched them grow every stage in between. I love animals and hope to be able to help you out!

We've used Stephanie twice now, and will definitely use her in the future. She gives an update with photos every day, and even won over our very nervous Sheltie. Highly recommend!!

Stephanie is wonderful ! She did an excellent job with everything from our initial contact to her extremely diligent care of our pets ! It was a great comfort to go away knowing she was there to check on pups and home. She sent photos of every visit and spent lots of time with them… I felt bad because our dogs were all over her !! But really do appreciate everything she did for us & have even booked her again in a few months… thank you Stephanie !!

Im comfortable staying overnight or checking in when needed as per you’re preference! I make sure to clean up after myself and the pup during our stay. I can walk multiple times a day per their energy requirements and am comfortable keeping track of meds or special needs if informed.

If there are any special needs or things to be aware of when on walks ( don’t get along with other dogs or people) or feeding (separate from other dogs ect)
A typical day
Love to go on long walk with the pups, play time with any toys (especially love puzzle toys/lick mats/ or other enrichment toys and can provide some during my stay upon request!), ir movie nights in with lots of puppy cuddles!

Availability
I’m a graduate student at UD so during the week I’m happily able to stop in the morning and afternoon! During the afternoon to night I’ll be able to hang out with the pup for the majority of time for playtime, walks and cuddles! During the week I am in lab or class 9-3 (T/Th/F) and 9-5 (M/W) until the end of may, during summer I will be in lab 9-3 M-F Weekends I’ll be able to devote all of my time to the pup or check in whenever needed per your preference. I’m also able to take on multiple dogs in a household, I just ask you inform me of any special needs such as feeding separately or walking separately :)
