I started volunteering at a low cost spay and neuter clinic when I was 15. Had interactions with several different breeds of dogs and loved on them before surgery and after. Volunteered at the SPCA during my high school years and would take the dogs outside to play and walk them. I have a basset hound who is very loved and spoiled. She gets to cuddle with my husband and I on the couch. Her name is Houston and we adopted her from a couple who couldn't keep her anymore. I have always loved dogs and all animals since I was kid.
