I have years of experience working with dogs and cats including pet grooming, vet assistant, working in a pet shop, owning both dogs and cats etc. I am certified by American Red Cross in Dog and Cat first aid and CPR, and am also studying to become a licensed vet tech. Working as a vet assistant I received experience working with sick and elderly animals so if your pet needs to be given medicine or fluids it will be no problem to do so and no additional charges. I have also and am currently working for a pet sitting and walking company and have been working with them for a few months so I have verifiable references from clients whom I have done over-night visits with. I am currently a pet sitter/ walker for a queens based company. I have worked as a vet assistant/ studying to become a vet tech (able to administer medications) Certified in dog and cat first aid and CPR Certified pet groomer pet store associate owning dogs and cat my whole life Why I love dog sitting I've loved dogs since i was baby growing up I had a rottie whom I named Scooby Doo because my absolute favorite cartoon was Scooby Doo. Scooby was my best friend growing up, unfortunately he developed cancer at 13 years old and we had to say goodbye to him :( . A few years later i got 2 puppies they are now six years old and have gained a sister (a female pit who was abandoned at a dog park). When im not with my dogs im either sitting pets or walking or grooming them. I also take vet tech classes in a hope to become a liscensed vet tech and one day become an animal care and control officer in order to make a difference in the fight against animal abusers.
