El Segundo Family!
Pet care experience
We are an El Segundo family, we took a brief hiatus from new sitting clients due to the passing of our sweet elderly dog and the arrival of our newest member of the family (human baby). Our love for our furry friends continues however, and we feel like our little girl is now ready to be around new paws! We travel a fair amount, and used Rover ourselves when we needed to in the past. This means we know how reassuring it is to get regular updates and pictures! I love to take pictures of pets having fun, and always try to send multiple pictures a day. We have experience with elderly, deaf, blind, and mediation reliant animals. Please let me know if your pet has special needs and we will be so glad to provide the extra care and attention they need. We have taken care of animals towards the very end of their lives and understand the extra stress that you may feel if you need to travel during this time and be away from your beloved pet. Please know that if this is your situation, we entirely understand and will take care of them like they are our own.

Stephanie is amazing! She’s walked my dog a couple times now and he loves her (and he’s not one that generally cares about people for the most part). She sends tons of photos, gives him his treats/food so he stays on routine, makes sure to ask any questions if she’s not sure of something and just goes above and beyond. So glad we found her!
Hux had another lovely stay with Stephanie. She and her husband are simply fantastic an livin next to a dog park doesn’t get much better for my boy.
Stephanie is the best!!! She takes the greatest care of my pups and I know they are in the best of hands with her.

We adopted a Senior German Shepherd Rescue a while ago from Karma rescue in Santa Monica (great organization- can't recommend them enough), she was a great addition to the family until her passing and she taught us a great deal about what to ask in order to make your animals comfortable. We'd like to know if they are social with other dogs and cats. We are very familiar with handling leash aggression, if your dog is prone to this just give us a heads up so we can be alert to situations that could cause it and avoid them. We love written guidelines/ schedules to adhere to. The more detailed the better! We are always happy to do meet and greets if your schedule allows. We welcome any questions you have and all suggestions on how to make your dog comfortable and happy while we are with them!

Availability
While staying in your house, my husband will be keeping a normal full time work schedule, while my toddler and I can discuss being as present during the day as your animals need. At night we will all be there (we keep toddler bedtime hours, so you can count on us being there from around 8pm- 8am) and then daytime hours are as you need.
