Pet care experience
Hi, and welcome to my page! My name is Stephanie and I work at an ER vet hospital. I graduated from an accredited vet tech program where I only need to take my state exam to become licensed. I'm experienced in administering meds, giving medicated injections, comfortable with special needs dogs/cats, and providing CPR. I previously volunteered at Front Street Animal Shelter in their Doggie Day Program, worked at a training and boarding facility where I worked with aggressive animals, and babysat pets of family members and friends/coworkers.
Reviews
Stephanie was so great with our mini Australian Shepherd, Sally. I could tell Stephanie took care of her very well. Stephanie was great at updating me with photos while we were away. I would recommend Stephanie!
Stephanie was so good with our pup!! Highly recommend and I will use her services again
We are so happy & lucky to have found Stephanie! She’s such a wonderful and caring pet-sitter who went above and beyond throughout the experience - she accepted the job on a moment’s notice when we got a last minute cancellation from another sitter, she took amazing care of our Boston Terrier, Kira - who absolutely loved her- she sent pics, kept us informed (even helped bring in packages that unexpectedly arrived during our vacation ?)….the list goes on and on! So happy to have found Stephanie and definitely recommend her services - she is fabulous!
Stephanie was so wonderful with our dog! She went above and beyond to take good care of our pup while we were away, including giving insulin shots twice a day. It gave us great peace of mind to know our senior dog was in good hands with a sweet, caring pet sitter who also has the professional skills and background to take care of dogs with special needs. Stephanie was easy to communicate with and provided daily updates and photos. Thank you to Stephanie! We highly recommend her.

Safety, trust & environment
Due to safety and the respiratory virus going on, I board 2 pets at a time, 3 max if I have a pair from the same household. If you wish to board your pet alone please let me know. And if an emergency should happen, there's a 24 hour emergency vet hospital less than 10 mins away where I currently work.

Information Stephanie L. would like to know about your pet
Prior to boarding, please let me know if your pet has special needs or is a special needs pet i.e. deaf, blind, on a specific type of food for g.i. issues or urinary issues, currently taking meds, etc. 1. Is your pet friendly with kids, cats, and men? (my boyfriend is on the taller-muscular spectrum) 2. How much does your pet eat in a day? 3. Is your pet is okay with being left alone (cries/whines/howls)? I'm home all day but there are occasions where we go to the store or we're just out for a couple hours.
A typical day
A typical day with me is pretty laid back with family vibes all around. Pets are allowed on the bed and couch. If you want to bring your own bed/crate for your pet's comfort, that's perfectly fine. Play time, daily walks, dog park if the weather permits, car rides, cuddles on the couch/bed, kisses, etc. are all included in a day. My two year old loves animals and my cat is still a kitten so he's very friendly and always wants to play.

Availability
I'm pretty flexible all around when it comes to your pet. I work overnights so I'm home all day but I run on coffee and I don't sleep until afternoons. My boyfriend also helps me out when he gets home from work so it's a tag team except I do majority of the work.
