Hi! I have had dogs in my life since before I can remember - I grew up with two parents who raised me side by side with their fur babies. I love doggos in all breeds and sizes, but have a soft spot for the medium/large pups or the rescues of the fur world. I work from home on somewhat flexible east-coast hours. I can take a few breaks for puppy playtime in the morning, and have plenty of time in the afternoon for walks or runs. My house is crate-free, and I've got plenty of dog beds and toys. I have a large fenced-in backyard for playtime. I'm an avid long-distance runner and would love to give your dog a workout with my running shoes on! I have a special dog running leash that we can use. I just need to know your dog's activity level and running history (newbies welcome!) so that I don't overwork him or her! I've had fear aggressive dogs, so I'm familiar with handling pets with some behavioral issues. I just ask that you please just fully disclose your pet's idiosyncrasies or issues so that I can interact with him or her best, especially if you he or she will be in contact with my pups. I currently have two dogs - a 5 yr old 40lb Asian street dog we rescued in Singapore (looks like a black lab puppy), and a 3 yr old 50lb rottie mix. If your pup comes to stay with me they would love to play, but I also have options for segregating them if you are more comfortable with that. I also have a one year old son, but he is at daycare during the day. If your dog is staying overnight with me, they will be totally separated and not interact.
