Pet care experience
I provide dog, cat, and small animal care in your home, as well as dog-walking and transportation to and from veterinarian, training, or grooming appointments. I am a college graduate with a flexible schedule, who will care for you pets like they are my own! I have owned both small and large dogs for my entire life, as well as rabbits and pocket pets. I love the outdoors and would love to include your beloved pooch in my daily walking routines, or provide companionship, play, and feeding to your indoor or outdoor cat. If you are outside of a 15 mile radius from me but still interested in my services and willing to pay a premium to cover fuel costs, feel free to send me a message. NOTE: At this time, my Saturdays fill up quickly so they are marked unavailable- if you have a specific Saturday (beginning on or after Sept. 24th) in mind feel free to message me and I will see if it is available. Stephanie looked after our old 100+lb black lab during the sunset years of his life. She was very accommodating to our sometimes wacky requests, and our Boone was always delighted to see her and would greet her with a mighty "woof!" She visited on weekdays while I worked and took him for a short lap around the yard while she was there though he couldn't go too far or fast. Great and very patient person.
Steph loves animals. They've always been a big part of her life. She's lived with pets since she was born and treats them like family. She has looked after my (now senior) Pekingese when I am away or unable to check up on her on my lunch hour for the past 5 or so years. I highly recommend her and my dog is always very excited to see her.

A typical day
I love going for short and long walks, and having a canine companion makes it all the better. Together we will decide on a safe, appropriate route and distance that I will walk your dog on a short or long-term basis. Up to two dogs at a time will be considered depending on size. In addition to walking, I would also be happy to take your pup out do a dog-friendly park (dependent upon whether one exists in your area) or simply throw a ball and play in your backyard.
