Alki Beach Sitter: Loves Furbabies!
Pet care experience
I have raised and worked with Australian Shepards, Border Collies (currently have one) chihuahuas, Labs, Shih Tzus (have one now) and so many other breeds. I would volunteer to work and feed cattle dogs at UofA's agriculture farm in college and have worked with multiple dogs ever since. I strongly believe that my dogs (all rescue) have found me because they trust I will take care of them and protect them. I currently own and meticulously care after 6 animals (I have 4 vacuum cleaners and also run a cleaning business). You can rest assure I will take care of your animals and home as well. Ideally, I accept requests from homes in the West Seattle area only. I appreciate you're understanding with this one request. :)

Stephanie and Greg are fantastic pet sitters! Your pup will be taken on many beach walks, get lots of love and have fun playing with Sochi and Gizmo. My Stella never seems to want to come home after a few days with her friends. That is the true testament on just how great Stephanie is. Highly recommended.
Stephanie and her husband are great! Baxter had a wonderful vacation and loved playing at the beach and laying by the fire. He is ready for his next visit in a few weeks!

Please let us know about your dog's temperament on the leash and overall attitude/comfort-ability around other dogs. That way, we will know how slowly we need to introduce the dogs to each other by keeping our dogs in their crate for short periods until your dog(s) are comfortable with ours. We always like to arrange a "Meet and Greet" before the actual stay. Also have experience with dog temperament training.
A typical day
We will walk along the Alki Beach coast and people (doggie) watch while your dog will enjoy fun romps on the beach with our dog Sochi. She's really good at wrangling other dogs and we never had a problem where our guest doggies run off. - Just let us know if your dog needs to stay on a leash! We also like to go to the doggie park in West Seattle, but exercise caution with bringing smaller and skid-dish dogs, so we will always ask you before we decide to take the dogs to the doggie park.
