Really happy with Stephanie I now use her as my first choice for walking Frankie. Frankie is a nervous dog and she was great at adapting to his needs, Frankie warned you to Stephanie SO quickly and now he absolutely runs towards her when he spots her. I don’t even say ‘walkies’ I just say ‘shall we go see STEPHANIEEEE?’ And he gets *so* excited. It’s great to be confident in leaving him with someone and knowing he’s safe and gets a really nice long walk - also I always get a great photo of Frankie at the end of each walk! Super happy.

A huge disappointment and honestly frightening. Stephanie walked our dog before, it was not until neighbors saw on the street mishandling that I knew something was wrong in addition my web camera catching Stephanie yelling at my little Teddy right outside my apt door. She took my dog without my permission to a park where a pit bull tried to attack him. She never even apologized and did not think she did a thing wrong. She even took a picture of him amidst a panic attack with foaming / mucus all over his face from every crevice as he was having a panic attack. she let him stand like that for an undetermined amount of time,when I asked exactly for how long refused to tell me. Teddy has a handicapped leg and has not walked for years more than 0.8 miles yet she claimed he was walking up to 2.6 Stephanie showed up to our home while we were not there after all walks were cancelled by Rover and took our Teddy for a walk while the other Rover walker waited.
