Stephanie was very nice and friendly, despite some miscommunication on our part for our first meeting. She dropped in on our new cat over a long weekend and Belladonna seemed happy when we got back. It was both of our first times using Rover, so there were a few things I wasn't sure of and wanted to note. First, Stephanie isn't listed for cat care, but we contacted her anyway because she was nearby and said she has cats (this may be something to fix in the future, especially since Rover sitters usually have different rates for dogs and cats). Second, I don't know if scooping the litterbox is normally included in cat care; it didn't appear to have been done over the weekend, which wasn't an issue but might be for longer trips. Lastly, I may have been mistaken but I thought I was supposed to receive one picture a day but only got one over the three days (again, not a big deal). Overall though, we were happy with Stephanie and would book again!
