In August I booked Stephanie to watch our dogs. A few days before she text me and said that she had an emergency and it never happens but she wasn’t going to be able to watch our dogs. She found someone for us which was nice and easy. I wasn’t bothered by this whatsoever. I get that things happen. In September I booked Stephanie again giving her the benefit of the doubt that the first time was an emergency. Two days before I was going to leave on vacation I contacted Stephanie just to make sure she was still able to watch my dogs. Stephanie replied and said she forgot about the booking and was in Montana for another emergency. If I didn’t text Stephanie to confirm my dogs would have been uncared for. She said she would contact someone to do the job for her. I had to keep reaching out to make sure she found someone. Stephanie did find someone and it worked out. But this girl she booked wasn’t able to come as many times as I had already scheduled. Therefore I paid for visits that didn’t even occur. Like I said I get things do come up but also you have a responsibility and I feel that Stephanie failed to do her job. I will not be booking with her again. So just be careful if you book with her she may forget about the booking or have na emergency.

She was wonderful. We really appreciate everything she did for us. I managed to make it very confusing, but she still work through it. Would recommend her highly.
