Pet care experience
I have had pets my entire life! I love caring for dogs- the bigger the better! My dog passed away in August of 2020 from cancer and other complications. I miss being around dogs and going for daily walks outside. I would love to help care for your pup and get us both outside! I have experience with senior dogs and cats. As well as kittens. As I write this, my 2 cats are currently trying to help me type up my bio :)

Stephanie did a great job with our 6 month old puppy for a whole week! She was a great communicator and took good care of our house and dog. Would highly recommend her!
Stephanie was a real life-saver for us! I contacted her very shortly before leaving on a trip and she responded right away. She worked with my schedule for the initial drop in and was extremely friendly and professional. When we came home I could tell that our kitties had been well-cared for. I would book Stephanie again in a heartbeat! She is wonderful!
Stephanie was wonderful to work with! She came out to feed and care for my two cats this past weekend and they loved her. Even my shy boy Milkshake came out for attention :) Stephanie did a wonderful job looking after their food, water and litter boxes.

I live in an apartment, so am unable to care for pets in my home at this time, but I would treat a clients home as their personal space that I am entering solely to care for the pet.

I'd like to know any special preferences or quirks of your dog (such as high prey drive or that they like to sit for a few minutes mid-walk). Do they have any health concerns? If I am caring for them, what medications or foods do they need and when?
A typical day
I like to go on long walks, but also play with dogs in the house or in a fenced in yard. I'm not certified, but can help reinforce training that you are working with the pup on if asked. If there are hiking trails nearby, those are my favorite places to burn some pup energy! I also love to play with cats. Mine love chasing wands and they even play fetch now!

Availability
I work full-time, but am able to do early morning and afternoon and night walks/in home care. I can also do most weekends for overnight stays and anything else.
