Stephanie is exceptionally knowledgeable, trustworthy, great with all dogs and just the absolute perfect sitter! Right from our initial meet and greet, she made us feel extremely comfortable and was able to quickly connect with our Elly. She also gave us some invaluable tips on how to walk with her to ensure she walked with us instead of in front of us. Less than two days later, Elly was already walking beside us. AMAZING!!!!

Pet Parents,
I am grateful to be apart of your fur babies lives while you work, vacation, and be their friend/secondary caretaker. I genuinely love my job and being outside with them everyday makes me happy. On a normal week, 7 Days a week I am available for your puppies. You seeking out a person like me to fill in during the times you are working/away is really attest to you, and your ...

What Stephanie would like to know about your dog

No two dogs are exactly alike.

- Please be forthcoming with all of your dogs needs, aggressions, allergies, unique behavior quirks, favorite/disliked activities, and anything else unique about your pet that I should know to make them happy, comfortable, and most of all safe to themselves, and the other dogs and people around them.

-If your dog has any aggressions or special needs, please let me know. I enjoy working with dogs who require special attention and behavioral training. Aggressions do not make your dog a “bad” dog and I absolutely will not discriminate, it makes your dog a dog! Please do not be afraid to share. Most commonly I can help your dog with food aggression, socialization, compulsive behaviors, and recall training on trails. These are my specialties.

- Precise commands! Very important. We will go over in person what vocabulary suits your pup. "Potty", "go pee pee", "go make", all mean the same thing to a human --- but your pup will only respond precisely to what they know.

Seriously --- no two dogs are the same. Tell me everything there is to know about your little one that will make their time with me safe, comfortable, and the most fun experience possible! I cater exactly to your dogs needs during our time together, so please don't be shy in sharing what they love (and don't love to do)!

For our Meet and Greet;
I will only meet at a neutral site. Being strangers at first, I would like to take safety precautions before we move forward. I hope on the other side as a pet parent you understand and value safety for yourself, your furchild, as well as the walkers in the Rover community.

Safety is priority to me. If you desire to meet at my home first or want to communicate outside of the rover app, please know that I will have to politely decline our meet and greet all together. If you are a genuine pet parent looking for a reliable lifetime sitter, that is me, and I hope you value these reasonable requests to have our meet and greet at a neutral site. I am sure you are an amazing family and we are going to get along great, but I must stand to take all precautions, just incase. [I take same precautions caring for your pup] Thank you so much for understanding. I am sincerely looking forward to meeting your family, but most of all --- your pup(s)!!! =D!!

When Stephanie watches your pet

I live right near the massive Saddle River County Park, in Bergen County and several other parks, trails, and safe neighborhood blocks. Dogs may love routine, but just like us humans, they deeply desire variety in their lives. We have easy access to a variety of places and enjoy changing up our destinations. Happy and excited to share great spots with your family!

Conveniently located:
Huge bonus, my house is located 1-6 minutes away from route 80, The Parkway, route 4, route 208, route 17, and route 46! This allows me to accept last minute boarding requests, and pick-up and drop-off's much easier for you.

Safe:
I live right near the police station in Saddle Brook, and four police officers live directly around my home. Beyond the Rover Emergency Help Line, in person help is literally just a call, and steps away.
