Hello, My name is Stephanie. I am currently a college student who loves taking care of animals! I have fostered many different types of animals from big to small, cat to snakes, and many more. If you have a unique animal and some one to watch them I would like to give it a try. When booking a sitting with me I do require we do a visit at the place I will be watching the pet. I will ask a lot of questions to get to know you and you pet better so that the sitting will be easier for them. I recommended owners write down their daily routine with their pets. I would also recommended restocking common items that your pet uses before leaving. I always send photos to give you a peace of mind while you are away. Please, let me know about any cancellations or adjustments to the sitting a day before. !!Payment!! I will be adjusting my prices due to the Pandemic, I know lots of people have lost jobs or are having hard times. If you still need adjustment please let me know and we can work something out. !!IMPORTANT COVID UPDATE!! I am fully vaccinated but still require masks upon visits!! I will still be following CDC guidelines and encourage all owners to review Rover’s COVID-19 guidelines and tips, I have found them helpful even for my pets. During overnight visits I will wear a mask in the home if that makes the owner more comfortable and disinfect anything I touch or handle. If you have anymore questions please do not feel hesitant to ask! I am always happy to help out. I look forward to watching your adorable animals one day!!

I can not say enough of great things about Stephanie. We are somewhat new to the San Antonio area and wanted to travel back to Michigan for the holidays. We have a dog and a cat and prefer to find someone who can stay at our home with them. I contacted Stephanie and she responded right away. I expressed to her that I am retired and that our pets are used to someone being home a good portion of the day and in the evenings. Stephanie understood my concerns and was totally onboard. The week before we were scheduled to fly back to Michigan for the Christmas holiday, my father passed away and our family needed to fly back a week early. We contacted Stephanie and she was so very accommodating and adjusted her schedule in order to come stay with out furry kids. Stephanie was absolutely wonderful to work with. She sent us pictures every day as well as letting us know that the furry kids were fed, medicine was given, walked and doing well. Stephanie gave us such peace of mind while we were out of state. She is super sweet and very honest. I know she spent a lot of time here at our home with our pets just like she said she would. I am very happy to have found Stephanie and will absolutely be calling her again when we need someone to come and stay with the furry kids. Thank you Stephanie!! You are the BEST <3
I was out of town for a couple of days, Stephanie was able to take care of my 2 French poodles. She would send me updates on then every couple of hours, which made my trip a lot more enjoyable. Thanks to Stephanie’s dog sitting skills I’m able to be out of town for a couple of days and know that my pets are safe.
Stephanie is great! You can tell she loves animals. She is very dependable with my 2 dogs and cats. I dont have to worry about my animals because they are in good hands.

Things I would like to know before sitting anyone's dog is: How is your dog around strangers? The dog's past experiences with other sitters? Does your dog take any medication? If so how often do they need to take it? How are they with loud noises? (For around the holiday seasons involving fireworks and for Ambulances and Firetrucks) Do they stop eating when you are gone?
A typical day
I enjoy going on walks with my client's dog. I find this helps as a healthy distraction for the dog when the owner is away. I also love to play with the owner's dog in the safety of their own backyard or at a dog park if the owner is comfortable with it.
