Hi, lets start with I love dogs. I grew up with them and I cant imagine my life without them. I work from home, so having their company is a welcomed perk. I understand what it means to travel without your fur baby, it can be stressful for you and your dog, but worry not; I will spoil him/her and give them the care and kindness they deserve. *This has luckily been a covid free home, I wear a mask during all pickups and drop offs that are outside in our courtyard and keep a 6ft distance. This is what I can promise you, 100% guaranteed and what separates me from doggy hotels, kennels or other full time sitters: 1) I will never have more than 4 dogs in my home. I normally take two at a time, and three when its someone I know, and of course my dog Watty. I always make sure they're compatible breeds and that they get along. 2) I will take your dog out; rain or shine, grass or mud at least 45 minutes a day. Sometimes even twice a day. Depends on your dogs energy levels. 3) I will send you multiple updates, and photos every day. No excuses. 4) Your pup will never be alone. I work from home and they are always next to me or within eyesight. They come with me where I go, or they stay home with my husband (dog dad) when I need to run longer errands. 5) Clean bowls of water always, and separate feedings to avoid any food envy. Extra clean dog beds for lounging and also plenty of toys to be mangled and destroyed. 6) I will clean up after your pet almost immediately, not a fan of flies or the smell. 7) 95% of the time they sleep in my room and even on the bed. It depends on your pups preference. 8) If we go out to the beach, or fiesta island and they get muddy/sandy, worry not, they will get rinsed and towel dried. 9) I will follow your instructions when it comes to your dog’s health. If your dog needs any meds, I am reliable to make sure they get what they need (pills, eye drops, ear drops, wound cleaning, foot pad moisturizing, doggy diapers, brushing, tick medication, tooth brushing etc.). Particular feeding instructions as well, including any dietary needs. 10) I've had many rescue dogs, senior dogs, dogs with health needs etc. you can count on me to be patient and kind. I've heard the most gut-wrenching-stories and I wish nothing but to keep your dog safe and loved while your'e away. About Me: I grew up around animals, specifically dogs and horses. Even though I don't horse back ride anymore, I can never give up my doggies. My current job is an at home social media manager and translator, so having dogs around me is another way to have company around and a great way to get out of the house for some fresh air. You can call me dog mom, but not the crazy dog lady with a kennel in her house. For me its more about paying attention to your dog and really making him/her feel at home as part of our family. My dog Watty is a 10 year old female lab mix that goes with me everywhere, including road trips across the US. She's really a sweetheart, has never-ever gotten into a fight. She's more like Nana from Peter Pan and gets a long with small and big dogs. She barks at the doorbell for protection but she will greet anyone with a thundering wagging tail.
