Very disappointed. Our neighbor reported after checking in on our two dogs that this sitter wasn't spending the night at our house as promised. We flew home early because we were so concerned. When we got home there was no sign of her- no clothing, no toothbrush the bed had never been slept in. Our dogs were so distressed. We have a doggy video camera for our puppy that revealed she hadn't been letting our new puppy out of his crate for enough walks. He was locked up all day long and dogs were alone at night. Thanks god for our friends who came by while we were gone to help take care of the dogs. We called Rover to discuss the situation, but we were 1,000 miles away and there was nothing we could do but cut our trip short and come home.
