Good communication and easy to work with. Our dog seemed to have a good time at her place. shes also very flexible with the pickup and drop off time.

Stephanie took care of Kirin over a weekend. She was pleasant and flexible with drop-off/pick-up time. Kirin hurt his leg at some point during the weekend but she did not notice. As a result, she did not notify me while I was away, or at the pick-up time. Luckily it was nothing serious and he recovered on his own later. Stephanie owned up to this mistake and was pleasant to deal with while we worked with Rover to resolve the issue. She refunded the sitting fee to me, even though I didn't ask for it. I believe she has learned the lesson to pay more attention to the dogs she will take care of in the future and deserve another chance.
