There has never been a time in my life without one or multiple dog companions, as well as other animals including: rodents, birds, reptiles, livestock and cats. I have been a house and animal sitter in the past, but it was predominately for family members. Through the SPCA, I have learned basic behavior training. This includes commands such as: sit, leave it, come and stay. These simple phrases can make a huge difference in a dog's personal safety. Working alongside a veterinarian I was trained in animal first aid and am able to detect the early warning signs of certain ailments. But more than that, I love bringing enrichment to dogs through human interaction and play. I am a great communicator. I try to give more information than necessary, but at the same time respecting an owner's time away from home.
