Thank you for your interest! I am not currently accepting new clients. I will remove this message upon any changes. I've always had dogs, grown up with both working dogs and pets. I worked as a volunteer at the Fairfax animal shelter for two years working with all ages, breeds and needs! I love giving dogs all the hugs and love they could want :) I do have a 12 year old lab mix named Molly (she's adopted!). My last pup I cared for through alzheimers, a suspected brain tumor, weak hips and incontinence so I'm very understanding and able to take care of seniors (they will always have a special place in my heart!).

This was our third time booking Stephanie to care for our dog while we were out of town and she once again went above and beyond to get to know our dog’s quirks and provide great care.
Excellent! Stephanie is truly the best. We always feel safe leaving our fur baby with her whenever we travel.
Stephanie made herself available on a week's notice to visit our dog 3x a day while we were out over a long weekend. She was very communicative, sent great pictures and reports, and our dog was well cared for.
Sybbie absolutely adores staying with Stephanie and Molly. Stephanie treats her like her own!

I am happy to watch your dog in my home or yours depending on what is comfortable. Please let me know what your preferred dogs schedule is (walks every 2-3 hours, feeding times, etc...) and I'm sure I can work with you to accommodate! Please also let me know if your dog has any sensitivities if known (i.e. leash sensitive, etc...). My vet is Pender, but I will ask for all pertinent contact information in the event of an emergency just in case. Be on the lookout for pictures to let you know how your pup is doing during their stay if boarding! Welcome crates if your dog is crate trained.

Please let me know how your dog is with other dogs, kids, or people in general, as well as any social sensitivities. I want to make sure your pup is set up for success with anything we do together. Please also let me know if they have any health conditions to be mindful.
A typical day
Molly and I enjoy the Shirlington dog park! She's great off leash and just likes to take in the sights and smells. Our activities can be catered to your dogs needs; there are lots of trails and neighborhoods for me to take your dog.

Availability
I work from home full-time, so at most I am gone 1-3 hours during the day to run errands and such (depending on date and schedule). I do live in an apartment with some stairs. Molly is very low energy and usually watches me work from the couch :).
