Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of many sweet fur babies of all kinds & have cared and been around animals all of my life…my father was a retired veterinarian. Not only have I taken care of my own but also neighbors, friends and family have relied upon me to walk, feed, and take care of their pets. I will always provide plenty of exercise, play time and potty breaks as well as tend to all of your fur baby’s needs in an extremely efficient & loving manner. Your loved one will get my full love & attention so you can have peace of mind while away! Note: I was so very fortunate to be entrusted with providing the care of a Rover client’s sweet senior fur baby for 5 1/2 months last year (2022) while they were out of state. They have returned so I’m available to take care of your loved one now if needed. ❤️

I have the flexibility and time to care for your loved one! Your fur baby is taken care of and loved as if he/she is mine and will be spoiled accordingly! Your pet's care and safety is my number one priority. ❤️ I have also studied and passed numerous American Red Cross Pet First Aid courses. The badges for the First Aid courses are located in my photo gallery. I will adhere to any and all care instructions EXCEPT using a shock collar. I have a HUGE fenced yard for plenty of room to run and play and will never leave your loved one unattended outside. I also live close to several great parks and can provide daily walks within reason if requested as long as I can walk your dog on a leash without them pulling. My Grandchildren do come over to visit which is why my profile shows young children but they are not here full-time. They will provide even more love for your fur baby if they are here!

PLEASE let me know of any and all specific rules/routines/or training you’d like me to continue BEFORE booking rather than at time of drop off to make sure I am able to adhere to them. I encourage and welcome meet & greets before taking care of your loved one and will be happy to set the meet & greet up based upon an agreed date and time that works for both of us. Also, please let me know if your dog has an Instagram page! I love posting about the fur babies I keep and want to follow you all!
A typical day
Depending on your loved ones needs we could go on walks at the nearby parks or within my neighborhood or we can always play in the large backyard which is fenced. Important note: If your fur baby leash pulls and/or is not trained to walk on loose leash meaning he/she pulls hard on leash/harness I will not be able to take them for walks away from my home. This is for the safety of your pet as well as mine. LOTS of exercise and play time are always provided in the huge backyard based upon their individual needs. Note: I cannot take care of your fur baby if you require use of a shock collar.

I work from home so love, constant company and frequent potty breaks are no problem. I always provide plenty of exercise and play time. ❤️ In Hawaiian, you don't call yourself your pet's owner or someone's pet sitter. You are their Kahu (pronounced Kahoo). Kahu has many meanings, among them are Guardian, protector, steward, beloved attendant. Basically, someone entrusted with the safe keeping of something precious...something cherished. What a Kahu protects is not their property. What they protect is a part of their soul.
