They did come as was booked and send regular pictures, some days though just from the fresh bowl of food and not actually our cat. However, our cat, who is usually going outside, decided to defecate onto our couch. Not only didn't they clean it up, but they also didn't even told us about it. They also just threw the left over wet food into the sink without flushing it down the drain, so after 3 weeks our drain and sink was clogged and the house was smelling pretty disgusting.

Shiyun took great care of our cat. Even when we had to book last minute for extra visits, she accomodated that. She was also very communicative and was understanding of the situations that came up during our trip.
