I have a dog who I’ve raised from the time he was a puppy, including teaching him tricks and tending to all his physical needs. I have taken care of a friend’s dog whilst she was away, and while the dog was scared at first, I did my best to comfort him and familiarize him with his surroundings. He was well-fed, happy, and clean when my friend was ready to take him back in. I have also volunteered at animal shelters before, so I know how to care for both cats and dogs, young and old, with the utmost care and gentleness.
