I would NOT recommend Stefanie. She was very irresponsible. She doesn’t do what she said she will. We paid for her to visit our cat at home “twice a day” (in the morning and evening) because she said she can do. But she missed several visits, including the very first one. On the first day, our cat didn’t get to eat all day because she didn’t show until 7pm though she said she would go first thing in the morning on the previous evening. She didn’t even bother to tell me the reason and simply said she couldn’t go. No apology or no refund. She seemed to be nice at Meet and Greet and on messages before sitting actually started. But as soon as it started, I found that she was not reliable at all. I was worrying about our cat all the time and that almost ruined my vacation. When you are 5000 miles away and the sitter has your pet and a key to your home, what can you do if he/she is not a trusting person?

Stefanie was absolutely wonderful and will definitely look for her the next time I'm on Rover. She was really nice to work with because she was responsive and flexible on pick-up/drop-off for my plans which had some last-minute changes. She regularly sent me pictures and updates of my doggie. They had a lot of fun! I'm grateful to have found such a skilled dog sitter over a hectic holiday season! Thank you, Stefanie!
