Pet care experience
When I was in 6th grade, I got my pitty India as puppy, helped raise her, and took charge of her as i got older, and trained a lot of the commands she knew, like sit, stay, lay down, and my personal favorite, shake! And I now help take care of my grandparents dog, Sophie, whose a rescue. I walk, feed, and play with her.

Starla is one of the most kindest dog owners I have met and she cares so much about dogs and their well-being. She has been the best example of a dog owner and inspires me to be a better dog owner myself. I would trust any dog with Starla because I know that she will care for the dog as her own.
I have known Starla her whole life and can testify that she has been passionate about animals-dogs especially since she was very young. She was great at taking care of her late Pit Bull (India) 9yrs, until the very end (passed from cancer). There were daily walks, playtime, picking up the mess and of course snuggle time. Now with our new dog (Sophie) boxer/terrier rescue she is all in once again. Dealing with a young rescue dog can certainly have its challenges, but she handles it like a pro. Nurturing, caring working out bad habits and developing new good habits. I believe Starla would be a great addition and resource to the Rover team.
Starla loves dogs and dogs love her as well. She enjoys taking our dog on walks and spending time with her. She’s very responsible and kind.
Starla has been crazy about dogs since she could walk. She takes our dog for walks and takes care of all other needs our dog has. Starla is motivated, kind and generally an all around good person. She would be careful and kind to other dogs. She would want to get to know them and be friendly and keep them safe.

I would abide by your dogs needs both physically and mentally, and give then plenty of pets and words of affirmation. I would take them on a walk that is both smoothly paced and leisurely to let your dog enjoy itelf and the outside.

Availability
I currently help take care for Sophie, my grandparents dog, and have plans to get my own dog once i move out. I’m currently only working part time, so I would love to meet and spend time with your pup while your away, at work, or just need a little extra help!
