Hello! My family and I are new to the area. We recently moved from Arizona and we are excited to start Rover care back up here in Central Florida. I have been a Rover sitter since 2017. I have cared for puppies, middle aged and senior dogs in my own personal life and since joining Rover. I enjoy the playfulness and loving demeanor of each type and age of dogs. I do love fur babies and I have 4 dogs an 1 cat. They love having playmates come over for them to play with and will ensure your pup is tired out when they go home. My little ones and husband enjoy loving on dogs and playing with them. We haven't found a breed that hasn't been welcomed into our home. When your pup is with us we try to mirror their normal schedule at home as much as possible. Our backyard is fenced in and they will have the view of the conservation in the back. Your pup will never be left outside except to go potty or play while supervised. If allowed we will can take them out to the dog park in our community or for a walk to stretch their legs more outside of a fenced in yard! I have a fenced in backyard. The access gates are checked and secured at all times. We mainly enter the house from the garage door entry and have the front entrance areas gated off to ensure no pups try to run when the front door or garage door is opened. Also, I do distance all dogs during feeding times to ensure they only eat their food and to ensure their is no aggression during feeding. I am unable to leave a pups food all day long because my dogs will eat it, but I can offer it to them multiple times a day if they do not eat at the time all of the others do.

I do like to have a "brief" meet n greet before watching your pup for the first time. I like to make sure that your dog is comfortable and gets along with my pups. I also like to have you see where your pup will be spending their time while you have them in my care. Also, if your pup is kenneled I would like the kennel to come with them if it is an over night stay. Even when I am home most kennel trained pups will seek their kennel for comfort when needed or as a time out when needing a break from attention or play time. I would like to know if your dog has any food aggression or if they are protective of their toys. I like to know their feeding schedule, where they sleep at night and if there are any specific things you do with your dog like morning walks, certain command, etc. I also like to know if they are on medication, what time they are administered and a brief description of why they are on the medication.
A typical day
I understand that some owners do prefer not to have their pup walked and will only do so with your permission. We do have a dog park in walking distance from our home that we can take your pup too for extra room to run.
