I understand the stress of finding a good sitter for your fur babies and I ask that if you have changed your mind that you please inform me as soon as possible. I do have potential clients that are looking for someone reliable over the holidays and I like to give a firm answer to them of my availability. I work daily M-F from 730am-430pm. I go into the office. Due to high-request for boarding, I will no longer be available to pickup or have drop-offs the morning of. I suggest that potential clients, book an EXTRA DAY to drop off day before. This will cut down on any stress for you and your furbaby. NOTE: I am now, available for our service women and men, who are looking for sitters, while deployed. 10 days and longer will be military discounted. I am a federal government employee (Clinical) with a public trust clearance and I would do nothing to jeopardize that, so I would want the client to know that I am trustworthy and I would take very good care of their furbaby(s). I do ask that drop off and pick-up is at the scheduled time agreed on. Due to my clinical responsibilities - I have a very structured time-table. I'm available for boarding M-F - drop offs after 5pm. I am in the office daily, but my home is designed so that the pups can go on the balcony to relieve themselves. My home is also monitored by a camera. Lots of photos and videos with tons of walks. My home is always welcoming to dogs. I keep a close eye on all pups in my care. I have a doggy cam for when I need to leave out for a moment. Puppies have a safe place to relieve themselves as well. Cancellation Policy: A full refund is available if cancelled by 12pm 3 days before the service begins. 12pm is determined by the sitters time zone. if cancelled later than 12pm 3 days before the SERVICE begins, a 50% refund is available for the first 7 cancelled calendar days from the cancellation request date. At 100% refund is available for any additional days.
