About this sitter: I'm a dog lover and always have been, growing up with dogs my whole life since the day I was born. Ever since childhood, I have taken the reigns on pet responsibility. I have experience volunteering at a pet shelter as well as working at pet-friendly workplaces for over 10 years in which there are 5-20 dogs on any given day. That said, I am very familiar and comfortable with all sizes and temperaments of dogs. Because I regularly wrote blog articles at this previous job about dog and cat health, behavior, training, common dangers, etc. I'm very well-versed with pet behavior and safety. My previous dog was completely blind, so I have great experience with a special needs dog. I am also comfortable administering oral medications as we were facing lymphoma in her last weeks. My current dog is a rescue from Taiwan, so I'm familiar with fearful and skittish dogs as well.
