We have had dogs for many years from puppy to senior including a spirited Shiba Inu and a loving Lab. Retriever mix. Over the years we adapted from running with them to very slow, just looking around walks, as they aged. We started doing Rover when our fist dog passed of old age, the younger one needed other dog interaction. Last year, our Libby passed at age 14 and now we do Rover just for us to get our doggy time. We love the opportunity to care for dogs. We like to focus on training and exercise to make sure that a dog is learning and returns home a happy dog. We have gone through formal obedience training as well as worked with "Bark Busters" who taught us a lot about interacting (connecting) with dogs.
