Pet care experience
I’m a former vet tech, who loves being around animals. I know how to administer meds, fluids, and insulin shots. I can also trim your pets nails as well. I was a pet sitter while working at a vet to help with clients who needed special care. I have a passion for all animals and love to give cuddles, play and just have fun with dogs of all sizes. I pet-sat reoccurring clients for about 10 years before moving out west, but have since relocated to NJ. I also love trail hiking and can bring your pooch along too! I enjoy nature and being outdoors and love when I have dogs to accompany me. I also have experience with geriatric and senior dogs having taken care of my own 16 year old mini-dachshund, who recently passed away, but had a great, long life. I’ve also done post surgery rehabilitation with my own dog after being paralyzed. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and will love each one as if they’re my own. I love spending some relaxing time with them, being active and playing with them! I’ve had dogs around since I was 6 years old and have had them ever since. I grew up with Beagles and that started my love with dogs. I’m not only a dog person, but enjoy taking care of other animals as well. In the past, I’ve also had ferrets, hamsters, guinea pigs, parakeets, cats, rabbits, and fish.
