Pet care experience
My friends joke that I like animals better than people. I have always had a special place in my heart for animals of all kinds. Most of mine are all rescues. I can't help it, I feel that they need me. While your animals are in my care, you can be rest assured that they are being loved as if you were home. I offer dog walking, pet sitting, daily pet visits, shuttle / taxi to the vet or groomer and pooper scooper services! I also come and stay at your home so your animals are never left alone at night, and your home has that "lived in" appearance. Call me and let me come meet your fur baby. About this sitter: Why board your animals? This only stresses them out and makes them unhappy. I come to you for overnight stays. I feed your animals, walk the dog(s), water household plants and bring in the mail. I stay the night in your home and your animals can sleep with me if they want! I will take care of your home as if it were my own. My travel depends on the number of nights needed at your home. If over 8 miles one way, additional mileage may apply. Why I love dog sitting I've been an animal lover my whole life. My baby girl Shar, was like my kid. She went everywhere with me. She was very loyal. Unfortunately, I had to put her down 8 years ago this upcoming December. I miss her like crazy! My mom raised me to respect animals. They love unconditionally. Meet my pets I have (3) cats and (3) dogs; Max, "T" and Gemma My experience administering medication Yes. I currently inject "Munka", the cat that looks like a Lemur, his insulin twice daily. Over the years, with having so many animals, I have had to give quite a few pills.

Stacy did a wonderful job watching our little Zozo for an entire weekend. She followed our care instructions and took very good care of our little girl. I looked forward to the updates when she sent me a text or picture. It was so hard to leave Zoe, but we were comforted to know she would be well taken care of. We don't leave our dogs with just anyone... We wil be using Stacy again.

This was our first experience with Rover.com and I must admit we were a little bit leary of leaving Lacey with someone new, however after meeting Stacy she reassured us that she would take good care of her. She sent us pictures every day and kept in touch with us. Lacey enjoyed her stay and we would definitely let her stay with Stacy again. She was very comfortable there.
We had a great experience with Stacy! Twinkie was instantly comfortable with Stacy and in her home. She kept me in the loop and sent me pictures during her stay. I can tell she got spoiled! We will definitely be using Stacy again!

How are they with people on the street or other dogs. Are they good with kids (you always have kids that want to pet a dog that you are walking). Are they allergic to anything or are they taking any meds. I am fine with all dogs (that do not bite me).
A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks I will take you dogs in the neighborhood or to the dog park. I may also take them into the city where there is a lot of people and other dogs being walked. It's a good social setting if the dos get along. Your dog's sleeping arrangement In the house, crate or outside dog run. This depends on your preference and the dog. If this is a cat or other animal other than a dog, I have spare room that the animals can roam or be comfortable in a crate. Time I'll spend with your dog I offer many different services. It's best to call me for services and prices. If you are looking for a dog walker, walks are based on the length of time you want and the size dog. Tiny dogs can't walk more than 15 minutes before getting winded. Larger dogs can take a 30 minute walk with no problem. Fees go accordingly to the length of time that you hire me for. If this is an overnight stay, I am usually at the house for 10 hours. If this is for a cat or an animal that doesn't require much, the stay depends on the activity of the animal. If a cat wants to play with the toys, I am usually there about 20 min. I also do other things while there such as bring in the mail, change cat boxes, water inside plants, switch lighting or blinds to look like someone is home.
