Pet care experience
Your Baby must be tolerant of canine companionship-- Gladys is very relaxed, but loves to play so good doggie social skills are a big plus! I ask that your dog is spayed and/or neutered and ideally has pet insurance. You'll provide your own food so your dog doesn't get a tummyache and if he/she has a special bed or crate he prefers to sleep in, you can bring that too! If there is any recent history of problem chewing or potty accidents, please let me know so we'll know what to expect. While you're away, I'll be happy to send you photos of your Baby showing you what a great time they are having, and that they are happy, cared for and loved! If you'd like to stop by for a meet-and-greet, please let me know and we'll look forward to meeting you guys soon!

Stacia was so lovely to work with! She was easy to contact and coordinate with before, during, and at the end of our dogs stay. We felt totally at peace knowing she was taking care of our pup!

We have a grassy pet play area in front of our building which is perfect for our Babies to play with the other dogs that live here - it's simply perfect. There is also a large, enclosed dog park that is next to a huge grassy area on the property that is amazing for the Babies to run and play with other Doggo families here in the complex. I also have space for a crate if that makes your Baby feel safer while away from home.

Let me know if your Baby has an medicines; pills, drops, etc. you need them to have during their stay with us! I don't have experience with injections/shots, however.
A typical day
The area we live in Larkspur which is an amazing place for our Babies to live and thrive in...There is a huge park we can walk to for playtime with other dogs as well as a smaller, grassy area directly in front of my building. We love to go on hikes (Tennessee Valley is a fav!), and of course, playing with toys here at home!

I have been dog sitting for several friend's dogs for 15 years now, have been on Rover.com for 15 years, and Gladys loves having a playmate! If your amazing Baby wants to hang out and chill with us while you're away, the couch is great to lounge around on, and of course, there is a huge] bed to sleep on! I am (still) working remotely 100% of the time so everyone gets potty breaks at least every 4 hours (or whenever they ask!) during the day, plenty of time to socialize (always supervised) and romp around at night.
