Pet care experience
I had the good fortune of living with pup-parent roommates through most of college and my first few years out. Not only did this prepare me for adopting my own best girl (a gorgeous and playful 3 year-old Husky named Shiva), it also gave me a ton of practice watching over other folks' dogs. From weekend trips to all-day classes to nights out on the town, I've been able to support my friends by watching over their pups while life stays busy! Top reasons to choose me as your next Rover sitter: 1) I have a fenced in back yard and live a quarter mile from the Stapleton dog park. Can you say puppy play time?? ;) 2) Your best friend and my best friend can be best friends too! Shiva is great with other dogs, and the two of them will no doubt wear each other out by the end of the stay! 3) I'm committed to making any pup that stays with me feel at home and well loved during their stay. I know how hard it can be to leave a pet when traveling, and I take great care to make my home as Home-y as possible while you're away.

Stacey was awesome for our dog, Riley. Riley has general anxiety about anything and everything, and Stacey was the perfect combination of calm and patient with Riley. Riley settled in, communication was great, and we couldn't be happier!
Stacey goes above and beyond to make your dog at home in her house. She watched our dog Bear this past Memorial day weekend for us and she took him to the dog park with her dog. She also sent us photos too which was great to see. Our dog came home happy and excited and then crashed. If you are looking for a great dog sitter, we highly recommend Stacey. We are using her for a couple other weekends this summer too and I am sure Bear without a doubt will have a great time.
Stacey was great and very on top of communication and sending photo updates. Also really love that she lives close to the dog park. Her dog Shiva was great with Steve.

A typical day
One of my favorite things about my neighborhood is the two-block-wide dog park located just a quarter mile from my home. Shiva loves to go meet up with her friends there, or at the Watering Bowl a short 15 minute drive from my place. For those days we really need an adventure, Elk Meadow off-leash dog park and hiking trail is always a fan favorite!
