Maddy, Anakin and I live in a two bedroom house in highland park. The dogs and I are either in the home, in the attached artist studio or on an adventure. If I leave for short periods, the dogs will always be separated by family unless im totally confident of safety. Crates are encouraged for pups or dogs in training. Nondestructive dogs can stay in open areas or bedrooms. Any size or breed is welcome as long as your dog(s) is friendly, mannered, and house trained. Must be fully potty trained. We love seniors and small dogs. Two resident dogs are well socialized. Anakin, a husky, is playful and sweet with all dogs. Maddy, a beagle mix, is more of a couch potato that does her own thing. Both are mellow at home but active for hikes and outings. BOARDING guests get one good walk, hike or dog park outing. Dog parks are an option for those who are socialized AND enjoy it - some dogs don't. * BOARDING includes 24 hour period. Additional hours are billed as daycare. * DAYCARE: Includes up to 8 hours. Great for socialization and playtime. Depending on the time of day and duration may include walk or hike. Owners drop off and pick up anytime within 8 hours. Meal time is supervised until everyone is finished. Dogs with food guarding or aggression are fed in a separate room. I'm well versed in and comfortable administering any medication. I'm experienced in dog behavior including reading body language, recognizing and diffusing tension and tending to anxiety and emotional needs. Getting love and exercise along with being immersed in a balanced pack will keep your pup happy and occupied while mom/dad is away. And of course, parents get text and pic updates for peace of mind.
