Pet care experience
I’ve always grown up with pets (rats, cats, dogs, bearded dragons, geckos, you name it!) I love being being in the company of animals, there is something so calming and therapeutic! To add, I have my little big son-shine 🥰 so I can understand owners being very picky on who they trust, I know I would be! Right now I am a part time student and part time care assistant, I do have to admit I always look forward to seeing the pets slightly more than the people but who can blame me! Furthermore, if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask me. I look forward to meeting you and your best friend(s)!

Sophie was excellent. She had good knowledge of looking after dogs and gave our puppy an active day, including short bursts of training. Would definitely recommend her.
Sophie is a wonderful sitter - she clearly adores animals and has a natural way with them. I felt very assured leaving my 7 month puppy with her for the day. Star loves her! Sophie reliable and flexible - recommend!
To whom it may concern, I am writing to you regarding Sophie’s position with Rover and why she is special. I believe Sophie would provide the most excellent, loving care due to her incredible love for all animals, including her own dog who is one of the most adored pets I’ve known. I also have confidence in Sophie’s customer service skills resulting from her experience working as a caring assistant where she has to provide top care to her patients everyday and her general friendly nature.

I have bought a range of different toys and games for my pupsters which are great for stimulation during the day. The best thing I bought was this puzzle where the dog has to figure out how it can open the little draws and get the treat! If I do home visits I will be sure to bring it with me!

Anything you feel I should know I.e avoiding a certain breed, only being off lead in gated areas, wearing a muzzle, taking a ball or simply just to be aware of a certain behaviour they may show.
A typical day
On a stay we can do some training and playing with toys, there will be lots of belly rubs and back scratches! I will ask the owner what they want their dog to improve on like heel for example. I really like Blenheim, Belfairs woods, the seafront, and cherry orchard is great when teaching off lead.

Caring fits perfectly into my lifestyle, it’s what I feel my purpose in life is. I’m either caring for dogs, people or I’m making dog treats😂 I really do enjoy watching the dogs eat my treats because I put to so much love and time into making them.
