Pet care experience
I have always been an animal lover, working at the city farm in school holidays and looking after friends pets when possible (labradors, pomeranians, collie cross, kittens, cats). At age 12 my parents finally gave in and we brought home a sweet tom cat from Battersea. 2 years ago my dream came true and I got my very own puppy! Oscar is now an exuberant 2 year old cockapoo, with separation anxiety and we have worked hard to balance his energy! We did about 8 sessions 121 with Oscar and a dog behaviourist and as such I have developed a really positive approach to behaviour and dog handling. I love all animals and look forward to meeting your four legged pal!

Sophie was simply amazing with our 2 frenchies and our cat. They warmed to Sophie immediately and felt very comfortable. Sophie kept me informed on how they were getting on which provided tge added oeace of mind that they were in good hands.
Sophie was an amazing pet sitter. My dog had a wonderful time and I had total confidence in her ability to look after her, and the house (and a couple of bonus other small furries for good measure). I have known Sophie for ten years and in that time Sophie has regularly looked after our now elderly doggie gentleman Ralph and his cat friend Kato. Helping them with their feeding,walking and companionship. Sophie has a natural empathy with both animals and their owners. I would definitely recommend Sophie,and hope to be using her for the foreseeable future.

I pay close attention to pets, with a good understanding of their needs and I love to play games and teach tricks! Our dog is crate trained so I am happy to crate dogs in a calm manner. I am also able to administer medication in tablet or liquid form.

A typical day
I love going for long walks in the country side. I have taken Oscar to a dog festival where we completed the agility course and met loads of other doggies. I combine treats and training with high energy games like fetch and chase.

Availability
I am a teacher so can do holidays, weekends and sometimes drop ins in the evening. At the weekends we usually go on a couple of long walks with our 2 year old cockapoo and are happy to let your pup join if they are compatible, and are safe off the lead with good recall
