Dog lover - university student!

Pet care experience

I have an Irish setter at home in Denmark and my grandfather has a dog kennel/hunting school, so I have grown up with larger, energetic dogs. I know how to be firm but loving with dogs and I have experience dog walking in Edinburgh. I am willing to travel by bus to walk/sit your dog. I love all kinds of dogs and know how much we as owners love them, so I will do everything to make sure they have a good (and safe) time! I study at the University of Edinburgh, so I have a lot of free time to walk and dogsit! Please contact me if interested and we can discuss rates and times! Can’t wait to meet you and your dog soon!

Sophie has been booked to regularly walk my energetic 8 month old working cocker puppy. They instantly got on as she clearly had a strong affection for dogs. Sophie has been professional and communicative, proving walk updates and making the process simple, convenient and reassuring.

Sophie is a highly engaged person, who always has a positive energy. This is especially useful when she is surrounded by dogs, as she always seems to keep a positive attitude, while still maintaining complete control. She is the kindest dog sitter and loves all equally. Your dog will never be unhappy when in her presence.

Sophie has both had a dog her whole life and always been ready to dog-sit other dogs. One of the things that makes Sophie happiest is being around dogs, the more the merrier! Sophie has always loved to play, cuddle and take care of them responsibly. I have experienced all of this first hand, so you can be sure that your dog is in good hands if left with Sophie!
