Pet care experience
I’ve always had dogs since a child. We have two smaller dogs now - Pepper (23lbs) and Bell (18lbs) - both friendly. We have a large, completely secure backyard the dogs love hanging out in and a dog door for easy access. I’m home all day with a totally flexible schedule. I have a 1 year old daughter, a blossoming dog lover as well. I think dogs are family and will treat yours as friends of the family!

Bodie had a great time with Sophie and her family. Her big fenced in back yard provided the perfect outdoor playground for Bodie to enjoy playing around with her other dogs and she treated and loved him like part of the family. I will definitely use her again .

I cannot recommend Sophie enough for Rover. Having seen her care for many dogs throughout the years, I can attest that she is a dog lover to her core (maybe part dog herself??!!) who has given her all to making sure they are safe, well exercised, well fed and loved beyond measure. I would entrust my companion animals to her in a heartbeat, knowing not just her great love of dogs but also her other qualities that I have seen displayed over nearly 30 years of friendship: She is responsible, conscientious, caring, dedicated, and active. If you're lucky enough to find her as your potential dog-sitter, thank your lucky stars and take advantage--you will have surely have peace of mind and very happy doggos upon your return!

We have about a 1/3 acre fenced yard that is 100% secure. Dogs have access to our entire two-floor house and all rooms. They’re welcome to hang on the couch or sleep in the bed if they’d prefer. I also take walks around the neighborhood and can always take any guests along, if they like leash walks as well as yard time. Overall, it’s pretty easy going around here!

I can cater to your dog’s needs and make them as comfortable as possible - just let me know! ***I never leave any pets unsupervised with my baby, but to ensure the best experience for your dog, please be open about the level of exposure he/she has had to young children, and we’ll go from there! In my experience, a dog that is “friendly with kids” doesn’t always mean the same thing as “comfortable with kids”. If your dog hasn’t been aggressive towards a child, it might not mean they are fully ok being around children for long periods of time. It’s just something I make sure to discuss on a case-by-case basis - thank you so much!
A typical day
I love having fun with dogs and allowing them to be as active as they want! I also love couch time with them after they’re all tuckered out. We throw lots of balls outside, go for walks and sit in the sun on the porch.
