**ACTIVE AND AVAILABLE DURING COVID-19** From my experience raising service dogs, rescuing a Weimaraner, and running a pet boarding service dogs are in my DNA and I wouldn't have it any other way! I'm fortunate to have a flexible schedule as a venture capital investor and enjoy sharing my work from home lifestyle with what brings me the most happiness - neighborhood dogs! I'm an avid runner and lover of the city's parks, as well as our neighborhood dog-friendly coffee shops. Depending on your dog's personality & needs, will tailor my day's explorations accordingly. I'm highly comfortable with dogs of all sizes, ages, abilities, and temperaments. If you're working on specific training needs, happy to complement and enforce. Lastly, if I was a dog breed I'd likely be a Bernedoodle - family-oriented, high-energy but with an off switch, and reliable. I'm excited to get to know your pup!

Sophie is the best! You need not look further! She was responsive and caring and Aspen liked her so much I booked another day. We were in NY for a little vacation and we’re able to enjoy the beautiful city while Aspen enjoyed two lovely and fun filled days with Sophie.
If I could give Sophie 10 stars I would! She sent multiple adorable pictures. She also took him on walks and even running! He watched handball and had the ultimate New York experience while we did the human sightseeing things. She was so great Aspen enjoyed her company a second day. I plan on coming back to NY and I will definitely book Sophie again!
We are so happy that we chose Sophie to watch Misty. She took such good care of our pup. We received daily updates and photos of Misty’s stay at her home. Misty always looked happy and content. She definitely was pampered and treated like a member of her family. I would definitely use Sophie again to watch Misty and would recommend her to others.
Sophie and Arthur were amazing! Shwayze had the best time and was so well taken care of. We were even running late to pick him up and Sophie was so flexible and understanding. Will definitely book them again!

I'm home a vast majority of the day, and working from the same room as visiting dogs. It's appreciated when visiting dogs bring their own crate for the infrequent times that I need to step out. FYI we live up two relatively steep flights of stairs that could be tough for very elderly dogs.

The basics e.g. triggers, energy level, social ability with other dogs, etc. Our neighbors are sensitive to noise - so barking is really our only no-go.
A typical day
Walking / running along the Hudson River Parkway greenspace is my favorite part of the city along with neighborhood dog-friendly cafes. If your pup is safe / comfortable off leash or in dog runs, I've got a good arm I'm game to put to the test with fetch! On the practical side, I'll be enforcing your dog's heal and commands throughout the walk.

Availability
I permanently work from home (I run my own investment fund) and consider time with dogs to be a total pleasure! I'm very active, and enjoy tiring out dogs with runs on the Hudson River Parkway.
