Hi, I’m Sophie :) I’m 30 years old, was born and raised in Sacramento, but moved to Portland for college in ‘09 and have lived here ever since. During the week, I work as a care coordinator for a supported living program for adults with developmental disabilities. I live in a house in Westmoreland along with my partner James and two other housemates. We are all big animal lovers, and really enjoy hosting dogs in our home. We have a good sized fully fenced back yard. I love to go on neighborhood walks, take hikes, take photographs, cook, draw and paint, and garden in my free time. I have a deep appreciation for all living creatures and especially love dogs and cats. I am reliable and trustworthy, flexible, intuitive and gentle with animals, and a strong communicator. Your pet’s safety, care, and comfort are always my #1 priority.

Sophia took great care of our dog Saydee and made sure to give her plenty of attention and love. She was timely in her visits and had great communication while we enjoyed some time at the coast. It was reassuring to know that Sayee was in good hands and well taken care of during our time away. I would certainly recommend Sophia to anyone looking for a responsible pet sitter!

Walks around my neighborhood in Westmoreland. Trail hikes at Oaks Bottom and Tryon Park (if this is something your dog would enjoy). A plethora of pets, snuggles, and belly rubs, fetch, and tug of war.

Availability
I have a full time job, Monday thru Friday, but have a flexible schedule that allows me to work from home at times. When caring for pets, I am able to accommodate their needs by adjusting my work schedule to be home for walks/feedings/play time whenever needed.
