Pet care experience
Ive always loved taking care of all different animals! I have about 8 years of experience with animal care allowing me to perform a variety of tasks including administering medication (pills and ointments) and caring for injured and elderly animals. While housesitting I have had the opportunity to take care of vegetable gardens and even small scale farms in houses across the country.

Sophia was great house sitting with my pup pretty last minute. She gave my dog medications with her food and lots of love. She cleaned up after herself and took great care of my place. I would definitely use her again!
Sophie did a wonderful job taking care of our somewhat difficult but sweet bulldog. She stayed for six days. Administered oral medications, took care of pee pads and spent lots of time with our girl. She left our house exactly as it was and super clean. Would highly recommend

I have a big fenced yard that is perfect for throwing the ball around in or playing tug of war. I love going on walks around the neighborhood, across the levee or through the parks.I really would like to adopt a dog but have not wanted to commit to one as I don’t not know where my life will lead me in the next 5 years…however dog sitting gives me the opportunity to spend time and care for dogs as if they were my own!

I usually like to know a little history about the pup, just incase any old ailments or habits come up while I’m with them. I also would like to know about the temperament of the dog to help keep myself and others safe.
A typical day
I love going on walks through parks, I love doing those hikes with dogs even more! For dogs that are injured, older, or not as high energy, I like taking them to a park to get some fresh air, and have some fresh scents or just playing with them in the back yard!
