Pet care experience
I started rescuing animals when I was 9 years old with my mother. Then I started to babysit and pet sit when I was 13 for neighbors and family members. My passion continued as I started my first veterinary job as an assistant and furthering my education with a degree in Integrative Animal Biology at the University of South Florida in Tampa. I am currently on a leave from Midwestern veterinary school. I am able to walk, fed, play, administer medications, trim nails and I can do a bit of training. I am comfortable with all kinds of animals including exotics. I have veterinary assistant experience in exotics, oncology and internal medicine. Since I'm currently on a leave from veterinary school, pet sitting has become my full time job. This means your pets are my number one priority! I will be able to care for pets in the clients home. I will stay over on overnights and let your pets out 3-4 times a day for potty breaks.

We highly recommend Sophia. She is committed to learning about each animal she cares for and meeting their needs. Our dogs and cat were loved and cared for while we’re on vacation and Sophia was cared for them in our home so they were able to stay comfortable. She kept their schedule and sent us pictures throughout the days. She was an A+ house guest as well! Thank you Rover for having the highest quality Sophia available to us! We will be back to use her again.
