Pet care experience
Hello everyone, My name is Sofia- Maria, I am a passionate nature lover and of course an animal lover. I have been taking care of pets for as long as I can remember, from wounded birds to kittens and puppies. For eleven years I have been taking care of my family's and friends' dogs and cats, from bathing to taking long walks and hikes or even training them with love and respect.I chose rover because I just moved to Glasgow city, and sadly I cannot support having an animal of my own at the moment. What I would love to do is take care of other people's animals, provide gentle and respectful handling, and earn a little bit for myself. Hope to hear from you soon! I am currently a postgraduate student and I have plenty of time to take care of and have fun with your pups! I am available almost every day! I live in a flat which is quite spacious for small and medium dogs, as well as cats! Glasgow green is right across the house for our daily walks and exercise!

This is at least the 3rd time we've left our Max with Sophia. As always, Sofia and her partner were terrific. Lots of photos on walks, hanging out at home....regular updates on his days.
It had been a while since our last booking at Sophia’s but the moment we turned at her street he was pulling at the leash to get there quicker than I walked. I let him off lead once we got to the steps at the garden entrance and he Flew up the stairs to her door. Yep. Sophia has Max’s seal of enthusiastic approval. Trust him. Not me. I’m just the dog, (beloved) owner.
My dog is always excited to see Sophia and has the best time with her! Highly recommend!
Sophia was wonderful with Lewis and he had a very happy stay. She sent me daily updates of how he was doing in messages, photos and videos. She was very flexible with arrival and pick up times which was very helpful. She took him on lots of lovely walks and made sure he had time for rest and play. I would highly recommend Sophia to anyone looking for a dog-sitter for a holiday.
