Trust your dog in the hands of a certified force-free dog trainer and behavior consultant. When I'm not running my training business, I am dog sitting, volunteering at the humane society, and continuing my education as a pet professional.
Reviews
Somomi was great! Super friendly and our pup liked her right away. She helped us with training, too, which was awesome and even sent us a video of his training! Cute, and great to see how well he's learning! Will definitely be booking again!
Stop looking! Sonomi is, hands down, the best sitter. Not only did she clean by vacuuming my apartment before we came home, but she also did training videos with our girl and shared them with us so we could continue those same training efforts when we got home. Sonomi is so thoughtful and kind with people and animals. She has a gift of patience when training and caring for animals. I am hoping she is available when we go out of town again. She has us spoiled!
Sonomi goes above and beyond to take care of Cali. She is amazing with training and making sure Cali got tons of exercise.
Will be booking again. Sonomi was excellent

Safety, trust & environment
Safety is my priority; it includes the safety of the clients, my dog, myself, and the people who enter my home regularly. I only take one dog at a time, and we will have a meet and greet before booking. I will only take dogs who are friendly with other dogs and people. Dogs must be trained with basics: sit, down, wait, and stay (unless they're a puppy).

A typical day
Reno/Tahoe provides some of the most fun accessible trails I have ever experienced. My passion is rock climbing, but I’m equally stoked to go on hiking adventures with my animal companion! If they want to play fetch in the park, that’s what we’ll do. If they want to learn new tricks or practice walking on leash, I’m your gal!

I am a firm believer in plans and routines when it comes to providing adequate enrichment and care for our dogs. Our typical routine at home includes mental enrichment and training in the morning, play or exercise in the afternoon, and bonding in the evening.
