Hi! My name is Sonja, and I’m originally from the South. I am an artist and designer who works from home full time. I grew up on a farm and have always had cats and dogs and farm animals. I moved to Concord, MA in 2012 and have started a small farm. I love all animals! I have been rescuing senior animals for the last decade and I have experience and my own dogs, cats, reptiles, chickens, ducks, geese, rabbits, fish, horses, and donkeys. I have a science background and have been transitioning to a career in veterinary medicine. I treat all animals as though they are my own. I have experience training dogs, donkeys, ducks, geese, and horses. I have 4 dogs of my own ranging in age from 17.5 years old to one year. I have experience volunteering at an aquarium for a number of years raising endangered hatchling sea turtles to a year old and releasing them into the Gulf Stream. I have a large yard, 6 acres, that is mostly fenced in and live next to several trails in the woods. I will run with your dogs on the trails or off-leash.
