Pet care experience
As someone who has a Ph.D., I'm very serious and responsible person. I respect the rules I'm asked to follow to make sure the dog gets the best care possible. I appreciate if the owner is open and tells me all problems I might have (if the dog is aggressive or similar). I'm able to host your dog at my place, and I'm able to dog sit at your place. I can do short and long walks, play with your dog and provide the care they need. I'm at home most of the time, and very flexible with my schedule. I'm a filmmaker and researcher so I can be very creative when it comes to thinking about fun activities. I usually fall in love with dogs. :)

Sonja is great and very communicative. Picked up and dropped off Ted timely and looked after him for my last minute weekend away. He came home and slept immediately. I got pics with him playing with other dogs, cuddling up with Sonja and her husband and Ted at the dog park. Very grateful for her. She has an energy that is very loving and trustworthy. Sonja also walked Ted is the past too. Highly recommend her to care for your fur babies!
Sonja was fantastic! Chelsea was whining for her after I picked her up, which never happens! She must have had a blast! Sonja was also very responsive and sent many updates throughout the day. I would HIGHLY recommend her!
I can't say enough wonderful things about Sonja. She cared for our two Cavaliers, Dexter and Luna, over the Thanksgiving holiday, and not only did we have peace of mind that they were in great hands, we knew they were having fun with Sonja! They got lots of walks, and judging by the pictures, lots of cuddles. Plus, Sonja took them to the local dog cafe to make new fur-riends. We got photo updates multiple times a day during our travels, and we never worried that the dogs were not being cared for. They look like they had a great time. Sonja stayed overnight in our home, and it was absolutely spotless when we returned, so in addition to being an extremely reliable sitter, she is a WONDERFUL house guest. Don't hesitate - book Sonja! We will again very soon :)
Sonja was AMAZING. Full stop. Period. Upon picking him up and hearing about his night at home with Sonja, we saw that our little Ravioli was in the BEST hands. She had another little 5-month old pup, Nala (who was even more enthusiastic & rambunctious than ours!), there at the same time and Ravi had so much fun playing together. It was Ravi's first one-on-one playdate with another pup, and it went brilliantly. Ravi was happily exhausted by the time we picked him up and in a super happy mood. He and Nala clearly became firm friends (whoever owns Nala, Ravi would love to do that again LOL!) and Sonja was so patient + wonderful with him. She clearly adores animals - highly recommend her to anyone!
