Sonia was friendly and flexible, since we needed to make a last-minute 5-day booking for Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Sonia provided good communication prior to the stay. However, during the stay, we did have to initiate requests for daily updates. Unfortunately, when we picked Jyn up, her bed and towel were soaking and dirty. Sonia told us that Jyn threw up after getting car sick. We were very worried since Jyn's never had problems with the car with us, but after settling at home, thankfully Jyn seemed fine.

I asked Sonia to drop in on my dogs to walk and feed them twice a day while I was away on holiday. We discussed doing the morning drop in between 6.00 and 9.00 am, but Sonia never made it before 9.00 am. Her drop ins started at 11.31 am, 12.25 pm (yes, pm), 10.14 am, and 9.21 am. That is unacceptably late to let dogs out for their morning walk. Of course, when I returned home, they're was the unmistakeable smell of urine in the dogs' room. They can't hold it that long! On top of that, she set off the alarm twice (and is the only dogwalker who has had trouble). I would not recommend her unless you don't have other options.
