About Me: I am an enthusiastic dog-lover who believes that dogs make the planet a better place. I'm a responsible grown-up, former business owner and part-time writing teacher looking to enhance my life with more canines! I'll be the best surrogate dog parent I can be while you're away. I use Rover when I'm away too so know how important it is to be able to trust that your dog is safe and well cared for. There's nothing like the unconditional love of a four-legged canine who thinks you're the best thing since sliced (fill in dog treat of your choice here)! I have a large fenced-in grassy yard so your dog can play out back without you (or me) worrying about him or her getting loose.

I'd like to know if your dog is afraid of or aggressive towards other dogs, people or kids (should we encounter any on our walks). Does your dog have allergies or injuries I should know about?
A typical day
Besides walks in nature (whenever possible) and down quiet streets, I will invite your four-legged- friend to play with toys, fetch balls, and go on errands with me. If you are okay with it, I will take him or her to a local dog park to play with other canines!

I work for myself and can set my own hours so my schedule is quite flexible. Canine and feline care fits well into my semi-retired life!
