Growing up, I always had at least three dogs by my side. Varying in size, I am well versed in what it means to provide and understand the appropriate care to different breeds of dogs. For the past five years, I’ve lived with a Black Lab and more recently a German Shepard. I enjoy their eager spirits. Having one leg makes it difficult to walk dogs over 20lbs, however, that hasn’t stopped me from going to the dog park/walking my friend and families smaller dogs. I believe animals take care of humans more than humans take care of animals. They are such a joy to be around and I look forward to have the opportunity spend more time around them. After moving to downtown Omaha, I realized I’d enjoy a bit more time with animals, as I currently do not live with any at this time.
