First let me preface by saying this was our first time using a pet sitting service like Rover.com. We generally have friends or relatives stay with our pups when we travel, so we were more than a bit nervous to venture into the online service world. We had also had a bad experience with someone that we THOUGHT we knew but that didn't go well at all--thank you nanny cam! Sophia quickly won our confidence. When we arranged a 'meet & greet' with her at a local park, we were struck with her mature and professional demeanor. Then when she came to our house and the dogs were immediately glued to her, we knew we would give her a try over Thanksgiving weekend. We were NOT disappointed! She was always on time and communicated well with us. The pups were happy and well cared for and she gave them plenty of attention and loving. Her pricing was also more than reasonable. I would use her again (and again!) in the future and have no hesitation recommending her...especially to first time service users who need extra reassurance. Thank you Sophia and Rover.com!!!
