Experienced Dog Walker by Dog Park
Pet care experience
I am an experienced dog owner and walker who enjoys staying active and would love to bring a little buddy along! I grew up raising a German Shepard, Maltese, and Labradoodle, and continue to care for and walk dogs in the neighborhood. I have leash trained, potty trained, and socialized two rescue dogs, as well as my own Labradoodle. Through this, I have gained knowledge of controlling unfavorable situations when walking dogs, and have gained a natural instinct to keep tight but comfortable control of a walk. I currently live in a dog friendly apartment building 1 block from 30th Street Station and the Schuylkill river trail. There is also an open green space in my building, and the dog park is a short 10 minute walk away.

I do not have any breed preferences, but would like to know how friendly and social your dog is so I can be sure to choose the best walking route. I would also like to know of any precautionary behaviors, such as pulling or barking, so I can ensure a safe and happy trip. If your dog has any dietary restrictions or treat preferences, please let me know.
A typical day
Your dog's walk will include a trip through the city or stroll along the Schuykill River trail, depending on your preference. I like to take new routes each walk to ensure your dog is both physically and mentally refreshed. If your pet is friendly with other dogs, walks will include a quick trip to the dog park and 15 minutes of play time. Each new booking will include a complimentary meet and greet. Be sure to expect plenty of pictures along the way! Please note that I will be unavailable for bookings a few hours each week; a full list of unavailabilities is listed below: - Wednesday: 1:30pm-6:00pm - Friday: 1:30pm-6:00pm
